How do I choose the right size?
Compare your body measurements with the Size Guide and the product’s intended fit. For jackets and coats, chest or bust, shoulder width, sleeve length and layering are especially important. For trousers, waist, hips and inseam matter most.
Can I ask for sizing help before ordering?
Yes. Email info@amselleathers.com with the product link, the size you are considering, your height, chest or bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length and preferred fit.
When will my order dispatch?
Standard orders normally require 5–7 working days before dispatch. This processing period is separate from delivery time after dispatch. Custom or made-to-measure requests may require additional review or timing confirmed in writing.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
United Kingdom delivery is approximately 4–7 working days after dispatch. European Union delivery is approximately 6–8 working days after dispatch. United States delivery is approximately 7–10 working days after dispatch. Other international destinations vary by route and carrier.
Can I return an item?
Eligible return requests must be made within the period stated in the Refund Policy. Contact Client Care before sending anything back. Return instructions and the correct parcel destination are supplied after review.
Where should I send a return?
Do not send a return to the registered office unless Amsel Leathers confirms this in writing. The registered office is not a public returns counter or repair address.
Will leather stretch?
Leather may relax with wear, but it should not be purchased to depend on major stretching. Choose the size that is closest to your measurements and intended fit.
How do I care for leather?
Keep leather away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and harsh cleaning products. Review the Leather Care Guide before using any conditioner or cleaner.
