Which types of leather do you use?

The collection includes products made from genuine leather materials such as lambskin, cowhide and sheepskin where stated. Exact materials and specifications are shown on the individual product page.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing normally takes 5-7 working days. Customised or adjusted orders may require additional time.

How long does delivery usually take?

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 4-7 working days for the United Kingdom, 6-8 working days for the European Union and 7-10 working days for the United States. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact Amsel Leathers within 48 hours. Reasonable efforts will be made to cancel, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production, personalisation or fulfilment has started.

How do I request a return?

Contact info@amselleathers.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Approval and return instructions are required before anything is sent back.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges can be considered after approval. The customer normally arranges and pays return shipping. Any replacement-shipping charge will be explained after the request is reviewed.

Are personalised or custom items returnable?

Customised, personalised, made-to-measure or altered products generally do not qualify for standard returns unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Do you provide repairs?
